Phosphor bronze, nickel silver, and beryllium copper are available in standard lengths, mostly 2000mm or 2500mm. However, many customers prefer to purchase cut pieces due to prototyping, the machines used, and transportation considerations, especially for free-cutting materials, where most thicker items are sold as cut pieces. Shinwa Trading conducts processing and sales through band saw cutting, providing cutting and delivery with the shortest lead time. In recent years, the miniaturization of electronic and electrical components has led to a demand for lighter, thinner, and smaller materials. Particularly, the prices of copper alloys have risen, and there is a desire to purchase only the necessary materials in the required amounts for product prototyping, which often requires advanced processing. Sales are available from a minimum length of 3mm (or 8mm depending on the diameter). We can also accommodate small quantities of various types. We can provide various mill sheets and environmental materials for our products.
